Arrival & Access
In-person welcome with key handover (no self check-in), between 2 pm and 9 pm at the agreed time (later only on request accepted in advance). Unreported delay of more than 1 hour requiring a second trip: actual costs, €40 maximum; reported delay: free of charge. We then remain available by phone or message throughout your stay. The keys are equipped with an AirTag for your peace of mind. Lift to the 5th floor, then a few steps.
Good to Know
- Strictly non-smoking accommodation, no parties or events, no pets; maximum capacity of 4 guests, including children.
- The mezzanine, open to the living room, is not suitable for young children (no suitable guardrail).
- A main residence: a few personal belongings and two locked cupboards stay in place; everything else is yours.
- Check-in from 2 pm to 9 pm at the agreed time (after 9 pm, on request accepted in advance), check-out by 11 am; quiet hours from 10 pm to 9 am.

1 How many people can stay in the apartment?
Up to 4 guests, children included: a mezzanine bedroom open onto the living room and, in the living room, a queen-size sofa bed (160 cm). An extra bed or a baby cot is available on request. The mezzanine has no safety barrier, so it is not suitable for young children.
2 What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is between 2 pm and 9 pm, at the time agreed with us (later on request accepted in advance), and check-out is by 11 am at the latest. To drop off your luggage earlier, just ask us: we will do our best depending on the cleaning schedule.
3 How does check-in work?
We welcome you in person and hand over the keys, between 2 pm and 9 pm at the agreed time: self check-in is not possible (building badge). Please let us know your arrival time (station or airport, schedule) no later than 48 hours before; the agreed time is the one we confirm to you in writing. Let us know of any delay as soon as you are aware of it: a reported delay is free of charge, but an unreported delay of more than one hour that requires a second trip by our welcome person gives rise to reimbursement of the actual costs, €40 maximum (Article 9 of the GTC). Practical details are sent to you before arrival, and we remain reachable by phone or message throughout your stay.
4 Are linen and cleaning included?
Linen is included: sheets, towels and household linen, as well as water, electricity and air conditioning. End-of-stay cleaning is charged once per stay, on top of the nightly rate, together with the tourist tax: the amounts are shown in the “Rates” box on this page, and the total price for your dates is displayed before any payment.

The apartment has no private parking space. A public car park is about 100 metres away.
