1 How many guests can stay in the apartment?
Up to 4 guests, children included: one bedroom with a 160 × 200 cm double bed and, in the living room, a premium 140 cm sofa bed. A travel cot is available on request.
2 What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 2 pm and check-out is by 11 am at the latest. For an earlier arrival or to drop off your luggage, just ask us: we will do our best depending on the cleaning schedule.
3 How does check-in work?
Check-in is self-service: you can arrive whenever you like from 2 pm. All access instructions are sent to you personally before your arrival, once your booking is finalised. For the security of the apartment, they are never published online.
4 Are linen and cleaning included?
Linen is included: sheets, towels and household linen, as well as water, electricity and heating. End-of-stay cleaning is charged once per stay, on top of the nightly rate, together with the tourist tax: the amounts are shown in the “Rates” box on this page, and the total price for your dates is displayed before any payment.
5 Is the apartment close to the beach?
It faces Hossegor's central beach, with a view stretching from the ocean to the Landes forest. The town centre, shops and restaurants are within walking distance, and a bus stop is 100 metres away.
6 Is there parking?
Yes: free parking is available within the residence (spaces are not allocated). EV charging points are nearby, a secure bike room is at your disposal and a locked cellar, shared with the neighbouring apartment, takes boards and wetsuits (water point and hot shower; ask for the key before you arrive).
7 Does the apartment have a balcony?
Yes, overlooking the ocean and the Landes forest. The apartment is on the 5th floor, with a lift.
